COVID-19 Guidelines
Please note that due to COVID-19 delivery time can change & take longer than normal.
DELIVERY TIME ( once package ships): Delivery time does not include processing time. For domestic orders, please allow 2-4 business days for delivery, expedited shipping within the US normally takes 1-2 business days if applicable. All international orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery. Please note that delivery times are estimations, once a package has been shipped we have no control over courier logistics. Glameyegraphy is not responsible for possible delays by courier.

PRE - ORDERS
Each Pre-Order item has a different delivery date, please make sure you read description before placing the order.
Some items can take longer than expected being that its made to order, however if this is the case, you will receive a updated email stating so.
Please be mindful that shipping can take sometime during this time (COVID-19). Pre-Order Items are non-returnable. Please make sure to read description or ask questions if unsure.

RETURNS & PROCESSING TIME
At this time we are only offering Store Credit until further notice.Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 3 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed

Customers are responsible for return shipping and are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements.
CONDITIONS
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
Sale items are FINAL and not returnable.
